Program Requirements Next Steps for Garden Centers:
Welcome Aboard - We’re thrilled to be part of your E-commerce Drop-shipping journey! With the endless aisle now at your fingertips, you can offer your customers more choices than ever before. Please note the requirements for participation into our program as a retailer.
Step 1: Annual Garden Center Membership
Our integration connects directly to your E-Commerce platform (Shopify or WooCommerce,) only. You also have the option to integrate your point of sale system for full data synchronization — additional integration costs apply and vary depending on your point of sale provider.
Step 2: Download and Send Universal Credit Applications To Suppliers for Approval.
To begin purchasing from our network of suppliers, please complete and submit your Universal Application to the vendors listed below. Each participating supplier requires this application from all retailers. It is your responsibility to ensure your applications are submitted and approved. Please follow up directly with each supplier to confirm the status of your application. Once your application is approved, the supplier will update our systems to confirm your approval.
When emailing these vendors, be sure to put in the subject header:

Step 3: Onboarding Process Begins...
Once your program fee and supplier applications have been completed, Kyle / Cathy from OrderEase will contact you to schedule your onboarding session. During this session:
Provide a detailed walkthrough of the platform’s features and benefits.
Share the technology partner contract and invoice for the $250 one-time onboarding fee.
Set up your $25/month per location subscription, which enables supplier integration with your E-Commerce store (Shopify or WooCommerce)
Please note: Integration with your E-Commerce platform is included as part of the setup. If you wish to connect your Point of Sale (POS) system for full synchronization, this requires a separate integration cost through OrderEase. Our program fee does not include POS integrations; however, these can be added upon request. OrderEase currently works with several POS providers, and Kyle will review the available options with you during onboarding.
Step 4: Member Orientation, From Setup to Strategy
When your e-commerce site and drop-shipping account are fully connected, let’s schedule a 30 minute call with your marketing team. We’ll walk through strategies, trends, and practical insights to help you maximize your online efforts. On that call, we’ll share best practices for showcasing your catalog, positioning your products, and structuring your workflow based on what’s working across the network—so you can hit the ground running.
At this time, I’ll also introduce you to The Members Post Office, where you’ll access our ready-to-use Canva templates. We'll grant you member access so you can add them directly to your own Canva library and start scheduling posts with our predesigned marketing assets. I’ll also share upcoming workshop updates to keep you and your team educated and fully up to speed on the program. This final step ensures you’re set up with the tools, training, and support to make the most of E-Commerce Connect Program. We got you.
