Each garden center member is provided with a dedicated onboarding portal that clearly tracks milestones throughout the program, so you always know where you are and what’s coming next—no guessing, no chasing updates. You can also comment and communicate with us directly in this portal.
This portal is tailored to your specific situation based on your current tech stack, whether you already have an e-commerce site, need one built, or simply need help setting up integrations. It serves as your single source of truth, guiding you through required supplier applications, next steps, and key deadlines, while also housing important links, resources, and program FAQs.
Garden Center's will be asked to complete a Universal Credit Application with our suppliers to establish terms and credit. This application is sent directly to the point of contact at each supplier to connect to their dropshipping catalog. Some suppliers are net terms, while others may ask for credit card on file.
The goal is simple: keep the journey organized, transparent, and moving forward without unnecessary back-and-forth.
